Scope of services
The services, deliverables, timeline, and fees for your engagement are set out in the written scope you approve. Work outside that scope is agreed and priced separately in writing before it begins.
Fees and invoicing
Fixed-scope engagements are payable at purchase unless otherwise agreed. Quoted engagements are invoiced as set out in the quote. Fees exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at payment where they apply.
Client cooperation
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant personnel and documents, and prompt feedback where the scope requires it. Delays in cooperation may extend the timeline.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Deliverables and licence
On full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use engagement deliverables internally. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and know-how.
Independent contractor
We act as an independent contractor. Nothing in an engagement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
No guarantee of outcomes
Recommendations are professional advice based on the information available. Business outcomes depend on your decisions and implementation and are not guaranteed.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work performed to the termination date remain payable; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds of unperformed work.
